Our shopping cart system is provided by Shopify; you can use Shopify payments or Paypal during checkout. Both are completely secure and accept most bank cards.
We have an extensive range of optics, although not everything is held in stock. Each product page will show stock levels and give a estimated dispatch time.
You will receive a confirmation email from Feathers upon ordering goods online and another once your goods have been dispatched.
The best way to buy binoculars is by coming to our shop in Salehurst, East Sussex. You'll get a chance to try a range of binoculars in comfort. We have a feeding area outside the shop perfect for testing optics.
For UK Customers, free delivery is offered on all order sizes. Free Standard Delivery is offered for orders under £500 and Free Special Delivery for orders over £500. Delivery on orders under £500 can be upgraded to Swift Delivery for £4.99 or Special Delivery for £9.99. Please contact us before hand if you wish to have your binoculars sent via an alternative posting method. For more information, please view our Delivery page.
Your confirmation of order email acts as a proof of purchase in relation to under warranty repairs. Please check each binocular specification for information on their guarantee/ warrranty. Should you need to return the product for an under warranty repair, returns should be made directly back to the manufacturer. Please ensure that you package the binoculars safely and send them securely. Feathers are not liable for any increased postage incurred for warranty repairs.
Should you decide to return your item back to Feathers, you may do so within 14 days for a full refund (excluding any postage costs, see Cancellation Rights below). Feathers are not liable for the cost of any returns, it is up to you to ensure the safe return of the item, therefore we recommend you use a signed for service. See Cancellation Rights below for further information.
If you are requesting an exchange of product (for reasons other than an error by us) then we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery cost.

As a consumer purchasing goods, under the 'Consumer Contracts Regulations', you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. This regulation gives you the right to return the goods ordered without the need to give reason within 14 working days of receiving the item, and by doing so to receive a full refund, excluding enhanced delivery costs (e.g. Swift or Special Delivery), within 14 days of the goods arriving back to Feathers Wild Bird Care. Feathers are also not liable for the delivery cost of returning the goods. Goods must not be used and include original, intact packaging.
