FREE UK delivery on orders over £50
Free standard delivery for any order over £50 and free guaranteed next day delivery for any order over £500. Delivery is just £3.99 for orders under £50. Small items are posted via Royal Mail, larger items will be sent via Parcelforce. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Please note delivery speeds are after the date of dispatch, not from the date of order. Items in stock will be dispatched on the same or next working day from your order.
Returns
Should you wish to return your item(s) back to Feathers for a refund, you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to do so. Take care to wrap everything up carefully, still in its original packaging, and simply pop it back in the post to us. Once we have received and inspected the products, your refund will be processed immediately but it can take a few working days before it reaches your account.
If your item is under warranty and you need to send it back to be repaired, returns should be sent direct to the manufacturer. If you would like any information or help doing so, please feel free to give us a call first.
