Terms & Conditions:

• Prices displayed are correct at time of print and include VAT.
• Payment accepted by Paypal, credit or debit card.
• Goods not sold on a trial basis unless otherwise agreed.
• In the event of non-availability of goods, we reserve the right to rescind the order.
• All goods remain the property of Feathers Wild Bird Care until paid for in full.
• Any claims for damage or defects must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• All returns must be in stock condition and be authorised by Feathers Wild Bird Care.
• You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
• These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
• Online orders are taken as offers and we reserve the right to cancel/ refund any order.
• In the event of any goods not being available we will notify you immediately to arrange either a refund or for delivery as soon as possible.
