Small items are posted via Royal Mail, larger items will be sent via Parcelforce. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Returns
Should you wish to return your item(s) back to Feathers for a refund, you have 14 days after receiving your item(s) to do so. Take care to wrap everything up carefully, still in its original packaging, and simply pop it back in the post to us. Once we have received and inspected the products, your refund will be processed.
